Chicken & Rice

Jazz Chicken & Rice (serves 4)

Prepare 2 cups rice (white or brown) cooked to your liking

Cut two pounds of boneless chicken breast into quarter strips. Sprinkle with bread crumbs on both sides of the chicken strips, then grill, sauté, or fry strips until cooked.

When rice and chicken are completely cooked, place rice onto the serving dish and place the chicken strips across the bed of rice. Next pour 1/4-1/2 cup of Jazz right on top to glaze the chicken strips (chicken can be substituted with Shellfish, Veal, Duck, Pork, Fish or Vegetables) This is a quick to cook, quick to clean entree that is sure to please everyone. It's also an extremely healthy meal that will stick with you, perfect for the dieter who doesn't want to FEEL like they're dieting.
